Re: FDA Validation a Threat to Free/OSS?

Did you get Emacs validated. If so I would like the documentation. I work at a CRO and would like to present some documentation to my employer so I can beg and plead with them to let me use EMACS.

We didn't use emacs, so it was not validated.

I would suggest that if you want to use emacs, just use it.

If all goes well, you will get the
job done and if it doesn't, you were making
a decision call on how best to develop code.

In general, management doesn't have a clue as to
what code should and shouldn't be used for developing applications.
