OpenEMR is released under the GNU Public License, and the entire system is free and Open Source. Enjoy!

I'm liking it. Moreover, I'd like to add some components for inventory tracking and disbursement to patients (think billing and history) -- is there a mailing list of developers/users?

I have a bit of background with this type of functionality and would like to contribute my time and know-how to this tremendous effort.
