I would like to vote for Dr. Stanly Saiki for supporting the porting of VistA to open source G.TM. I have installed VistA at the LBJ medical center in American Samoa. This installation has greatly improved healthcare in this remote island. We installed it using Cache because the open source version was not ready. This open source stack can improve health care throughout the world as many facilities could not afrford the costs of implementiong VistA on Cache.
