Shouldn't they be speaking of "Rural Disease eManagement", or "Electronic Disease Management in Rural Settings" instead? Prefixing 'e' to 'Disease' rather than to 'Management' denotes an electronic disease, not electronic management of disease. What is an 'eDisease'? My wife thinks I have an e-disease because I spend so much time reading weblogs.

Sorry if I seem pedantic, but language is important.

The idea of the article does sound worthwhile.
