They are lucky to get a reply from PMSI at all.... and the yearly maint fee is unreal. Their contract is up in 2006.... I am working on a test ClearHealth server for them to try out. However you know what office life is like.... I hope the doctors and staff will be able to take the tome out to test the new system out-- maybe there will be a stable version soon.
