I took an hour this morning listening to this and it was time well spent. This fellow is incredibly astute and articulate. He gives a "big picture" for free software that is compelling and profound. To me, the most interesting argument was that he equates software to the "steel" that was crucial to past development and makes the argument that since software has low incremental cost, it has the ability to improve social equity without going to war over redistribution of wealth.
